The USA and UK both pioneered the introduction of boltless racking back in the 1950s and for a number of years led the way with very little of no competition.
Slowly the countries of Europe followed suit and by the mid 1980s new racking was being manufactured all over Europe and even behind the Iron curtain , and became a serious contender in both quality and price. Entering the Millenium saw the emergence of China in the market .
